Flower Sales
Our Troop Flower sale is something that we take pride in as a Troop. We do a few things for ourselves and the community with this sale. Not only does this sale help us to go on campouts, hold fun activities, and maintain gear, but it also helps the community of Spokane look absolutely beautiful as we in this year alone have sold a record-breaking 2,000+ Flower Baskets to people in Spokane, graciously produced by Blumengartens, a local small business/greenhouse here in the Valley.
Not to mention the amount that goes to our Scouts to help them go on campouts and attend fun activities. So, that's why this sale is also important.
Popcorn Sales
Our Popcorn Sale that takes place in the Fall is very important for a multitude of reasons. For one, it gives YOU, the Scout money to your Scout Account for campouts, activities, gear, and many other fun things that our Troop does. It also gives money to the Troop as a whole so that we can keep our Troop gear or equipment functioning and not broken.
It also gives us the power to give those who need help for Summer Camp a Scout Scholarship so that they're able to go. Lastly, it also gives back to our Council. Our Council is who maintains our Summer Camps, keeps our Scout Store operating, and provides help and leadership opportunities for those interested. So, as you can see, this sale contributes to all of that.
